Information for customers!
Please be informed that starting from 4th of October 2021 we will update Late Handling (Late Cancellation) policy on Liepaja-Travemünde and Ventspils-Nynäshamn routes.
For quite some time we continue to see bookings cancelled or transferred to another departure at a very short notice, which usually means that a replacement load will not be available.
In some instances, we receive no prior notification at all before sailing cut-off which means we are also then unable to offer the deck space to our wider customer base. This effectively leads to reductions in available capacity and to a significant impact on the performance of these routes.
It is our hope that this approach will build on what is already a strong and professional relationship with our customers, creating an even better understanding of each other’s businesses moving into the future.
Currently you can make changes and update your bookings any time up to 3 hours before departure, but starting from the next week this deadline will be increased up to 6 hours.
Until end of this year you will receive only Late transfer/Late handling/Late cancellation notifications, however there’s no fee or penalty for such cases.
For your convenience there’s available online Freight portal booking system and mobile application, as well as you can email our customer support team when booking is not needed and it will be cancelled in due time.
